Clínica São Vicente has a Customer Service department, directly connected to Hospital Assistance and to the President, in order to follow-up the services rendered here. Much more than only a hospital, Clínica São Vicente has the proposition of being a venue in which those who use it feel perfectly comfortable. Customer Service is the most important representative of the clients before the institution, receiving their suggestions, complaints and commendations about the services that exist in Clínica São Vicente.
The social assistants visit the patients when they enter and inform them of the channels that are always open for them to contact the Customer Service department. The channels include a questionnaire where the patient’s information is important to guide the necessary or convenient changes.

Satisfaction
The patient continues to receive attention even after he/she has been discharged. The Customer Service team, approximately ten to fifteen days after the patient’s discharge, will call the patient or family members to understand their impressions regarding the time spent in Clínica São Vicente.

That is when the assessment can be made in an easier manner in order to convey their impressions to enhance the quality of the activities. Clínica São Vicente was the first private hospital in Rio de Janeiro to implement the in-house customer service department. These activities, together with the principles that guide our work and the clinical results, allow the customer satisfaction surveys to show that more than 90% of the patients classify our services as being good or excellent.
